Home2 Suites by Hilton Thomasville

This property is new and my suite was very clean and spacious. The fitness center had all the equipment needed to get a good workout in before dinner. Their breakfast options allowed me to start my day off with a full stomach. Would stay here again if in the area.

Brand new Home2 Suites. It looks like Hilton has put quite a bit of thought into this brand. One of the best low to middle priced hotels out there. Kitchenette, with dishes, huge microwave convection oven, full sized fridge, and a dishwasher! If you had to stay for a week or so, it wouldn't feel like a hotel as much. Also indoor/outdoor lounge, with decent breakfast . This location has a pool and outdoor grilling area! I highly recommend this chain.

5 stars across the board! This is a great place to stay. From the Front Desk associates (Nadine, Shaquetta), the breakfast attendant (Ange), and housekeeping. My family and I felt very at home. Thank you all so much for an unforgettable experience. We will be back! :)))

When we arrived the front desk worker had her child on her hip. I scanned my card for what I thought was incidentals as I had booked the room on Priceline. The room was comfortable large, clean and had a kitchen area which was nice. The air conditioner seemed pretty loud in the room. Breakfast was ok. There was chicken that was not cooked in the middle at all. Quite a few things were empty in the breakfast options too and were never refilled while we were eating. When I got home the card I had swiped for incidentals had been charged again for the room, even though I had paid for the room through Priceline. I have called to try to get it refunded and am waiting on resolution. I would stay here again, as long as they resolve the issue with double payment because it could be an issue with Priceline as well. I am willing to be patient. If the issue doesn’t get resolved, I will come back an edit my review and dispute with my credit card company. ***UPDATE. They handled the refund very quickly as soon as the manager was in the office. My original call to notify them was in the evening when manager was off duty. So as soon as manager was back in office, manager, Helen, took action. I appreciate the quick action to resolve the issue!!

The facilities were clean and I love the fact that they were suites. Being that it was pretty centrally located, i didn't have to go far to get foor or groceries.

First impression... Arrived later in the evening and the desk clerk had a small child with her during the check in process. Reserved and paid for the room on Priceline but Hilton also charged for the room, so it is messy trying to figure out how to get the room to not be double charged. This is not resolved yet but it seems like this happens with some frequent and is not a one time thing Watch the chicken strips in the breakfast area. They were undercooked and still raw when I cut one on my plate. There's so many signs about pet fees here. Not sure why but it seems they are super serious about pets here. I needed a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste because this was an unscheduled stay. I was given them with no issues. If you use a third party to book the room, make sure you get your receipt before you leave.

Hotel is new. You will have a comfortable stay. Breakfast is minimal depending on the day. Nothing really to look forward to. Staff has always been very friendly.
